    Our typical services for vacant, residential real-estate properties include:

    Winterizing according to Industry standards, including:
    •        Draining of all plumbing systems as required.
    •        Using air pressure to clear the supply system of water.
    •        Adding anti-freeze to all traps and fixtures.
    •        Disconnecting the water meter and removing it from the cradle.
    •        Capping the main water feed pipe.

    Please contact us about our basic service fees and for additional services.




    Periodic walk-through of the premises to ensure that winterization remains in-
    tact and has not been tempered with can be provided for an additional fee but is
    not included in this outline of services.

    The following items are not included in our winterizing program but can be arranged by us
    to be provided by a third party under a separate service agreement: Hydronic Heating
    Systems (Hot water or steam heating systems), Waste-Ejector Pump systems and pits, Sump
    Pump systems and pits, Fire Sprinkler Systems, Swimming Pools and Exterior Spas,
    Whirlpools. Hot-tubs, Biotopes, Ponds, Fountains and other exterior water features. Deep-
    Well and shallow-well water pump systems and pressurized reservoir tanks, Lawn irrigation
    systems.
