We charge a nominal hourly fee (2 hours minimum) plus the actual cost of parts needed
for that job. If a job is too involved to be taken care of “In-House”, we can “sub-
contract” the work.
Some items we can easily take care off:
ELECTRICAL:
- Replace damaged switches and receptacles.
- Repair loose connections, enclose exposed connections, replace improper
breakers. - Install or replace GFCI (Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter) or breakers.
- Replace or repair broken light fixtures, ceiling fans, exhaust fans and other
DETECTORS:
- Replace or install Smoke Detectors.
- Replace or install CO Detectors (Carbon Monoxide).
HVAC
- Repair gas leaks on accessible valves and joints.
- Clean out debris from the furnace cabinet and blower compartments.
- Replace damaged thermostats.
- Replace air filters.
PLUMBING:
- Repair gas leaks on accessible valves and joints.
- Correct or replace damaged or improper installed flue sections.
- Repair water leaks at supply and drain pipes.
- Replace defective Sump-Pumps and Ejector Pumps, install back-up pumps.
SECURITY:
- Repair or replace door locks, dead-bolt locks, door closers, garage door openers.
EXTERIOR:
- Install or repair downspouts and extensions.
- Repair or install sump-pump discharge pipes and extensions.
GENERAL:
- Winterizing and de-winterizing as per our extensive task schedule (see attached).
- Removal of hazardous materials and debris in the basement and garage.
- “Broom-sweep” clean the home including carpet care.
- Minor wall and ceiling repairs and touch-ups.
FHA / HUD
- Service Bank-Foreclosed Properties and establish FHA and HUD Compliance,
including all electrical, plumbing and appliance requirements.

promise that they are as good as the services by licensed trades people but with major
